Julius is a high functioning autistic 26 year old man. He is a folk artist who draws on cardboard and has shared his work throughout metro Atlanta. Julius has shown and sold his work at galleries and conferences throughout the southeast United States. Julius has had exhibitions at Decatur Public Library, Clayton County Library and Wesley Chapel Library. Julius work has been on display at the Auburn Avenue Research Libaray. Julius is the recipient of the AlternateROOTS artistic assistance grant. Julius has taught workshops at AlternateROOTS and Decatur Public Libaray. Julius has a passion for environmental issues, animals and sustainability. Julius has developed coloring books and t-shirts alongside his original work.
